The Nocturne Kitchen

A country kitchen built in navy-painted French oak, set against walls the colour of olive leaves. Solid brass cup handles, oiled oak worktops, and a single open shelf on turned brackets; no wall cupboards, only the ware on display.

A butler's sink sits beneath a brass bridge tap, the black range broad between two banks of drawers. The tomette floor and the square tile backsplash were laid fresh, chosen to keep with the more classical feeling of the house.
